Use this page to control how ClubHouse Sessions uses your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Cookies

• Select Cookie Settings in the footer at any time and choose Necessary only to turn off analytics cookies.
• Or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat it as a choice of necessary cookies only for that browser.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@clubhousesessions.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and include:

1. Your name and the email address you used with us, for example for an order, an event ticket or a message.
2. What you would like: a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion.
3. Your state or country of residence.

We will confirm we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity first. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject “Appeal”. We will respond within 45 days.

Orders and event tickets

For information held by our online store or by Eventbrite, you can also use their own privacy tools. See the Eventbrite privacy policy.

Unsubscribe from marketing

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email from us.

Authorized agents

Someone may submit a request on your behalf with your signed permission. We may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
